Return Policy and Terms
- Customers cannot cancel orders once payment is made. Please confirm the payment amount and purchased items before placing an order.
- If there is a pricing error or insufficient stock for the products displayed on the website, BuyCity reserves the right to cancel the order.
Customer Return Procedure:
- Retain all packaging materials, including original packaging, receipts, and related products.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods to request a return.
- After confirming that the product condition meets the return policy requirements, BuyCity or the supplier will promptly notify the consumer of the return address and specific requirements.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed within seven working days after the goods are received.
*If we are unable to receive the goods within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange.
BuyCity and the supplier reserve the right to refuse customer return requests under the following circumstances:
- Return requests that exceed the return period.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to personal reasons.
- Damage to external packaging that does not affect the quality of the product itself.
- Malicious or excessive returns.
- Lost or incomplete shipping documentation.
- Products that are not provided by us.
- No quality issues with the goods themselves.
- Color discrepancies between images and the actual product.
- Differences in new and old versions or packaging of the product.
- Imprints on the product packaging that affect appearance.
Other Notes
- Customers should consider shipping risks before making a purchase. If there is any damage or loss during shipping, the customer must bear the loss.
- All products sold are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless the product was damaged upon receipt (referring to the goods themselves, not the packaging), in which case you may choose a refund or exchange.
- The supplier is responsible for handling exceptional situations, such as incorrect shipments.
